Care Provider Notes are administrative notes that provide information that may be relevant to caregivers in the field (for example, "Apartment buzz code: 123").
If a Client has any Care Provider Notes, it will be indicated in the Client Overview.
View Care Provider Notes
Hover over the indication to see the Note details.
To view more details, navigate to Client Profile>Coordination>Care Provider Notes.
Care Provider Notes can be filtered by Active, Archived, or All.
Add Care Provider Note
1. To add a new Care Provider Note, click +Create a Care Note.
2. In the resulting dialogue, choose a subject from the list or click <Add New> to create a new subject.
3. Enter the Note.
4. Save.
5. To Edit or Archive a Care Provider Note, choose the appropriate option in the list.
