Any Medications that a Client is currently taking or has taken in the past can be recorded and revisited under the Medication tab in Care Documentation. Once a Medication has been added for a Client, Care Workers can add Administrations of the Medication for a Client during Visits through the mobile app.

View and filter the history of Medications for a Client and drill down to view details of recorded Administrations.
Add or Edit Medication for a Client
Add the individual Medications in a Client's regimen in the Care Documentation tab of their Profile. You can also print details about a Client's Medications.

Once you have added a Medication, record any Administrations. Refer to this article for more information.
Options on Mobile
Medications can be added to the Client's file through mobile, and Administrations can be recorded.
