In an Employee Profile, view the Employee's calendar with details about past and upcoming Visits.
To view an Employee Schedule, navigate to the Schedule tab within an Employee profile.
The Employee Schedule will default to the current week. Click the calendar icon () or use the arrows to view a different day or week.
Switch between different time slots and schedule views using the dropdowns shown below.
You can choose to view the Employee's calendar in terms of 5 min, 15 min, 20 min, 30 min, or 60 min increments.
The different possible schedule views for Employee Schedules are by Day, Week, 2 Week, or Month.
You can set a Default Slot Duration and Default View for Employee Schedules by going to Settings>All Settings>General>Scheduling.
Weekly Capacity displays the Employee's Capacity for the week so you can track their scheduled hours against their minimum and maximum number of hours per week.
