Creating Care Plan Libraries

Create Care Plan Libraries so coordinators an select from pre-configured items when setting up Care Plans and Daily Activities.

  1. Navigate to Settings>Care Plan Library.

  2. In the Care Plan Library list, you can search for a given library by typing all or part of its name.

  3. Create a new Library by clicking +New Library.

  4. In the resulting dialogue, enter the name of the Library and click Save

  5. Click Items for a Library to add items to it.

  6. Click +New Item.

  7. In the resulting dialogue, enter the name of the item and choose a Care Plan Section. Click Save.

  8. Once you have added Items to your Library, they will be visible in the List

  9. When the Library is selected in a Client's Daily Activities, any ADL type items will appear as options to add to their profile.

  10. When a Library is selected in a Client's Care Plan, any items of type Nursing Diagnoses, Nursing Goals, Nursing Interventions will appear as options to select.
