To help your organization manage the current COVID-19 outbreak, AlayaCare has put together a list of reports that you can build using Data Exploration to help you monitor factors such as risk levels, continuity of care, and client geolocation.

Two reports have been added to your folder AlayaCare Reports.

Additionally, you can easily build the following two reports for additional information:

Once you have built these reports, you can add a widget of type Data Exploration Graph to your dashboard so you can easily monitor the data. To learn more, see How do I configure my dashboard?

COVID19 Client Age and Risk in the Client and Service Cubes

These two reports will calculate a client's level of risk for serious health complications with COVID-19 based on their age.

High Risk (in red): the client is 70 years old and above.

Medium Risk (in yellow): the client is 50-69 years old.

Low Risk (in green): the client is less than 50 years old.

Overall Risk: this field resumes in a single column the calculations from the previous three fields.

Consider filtering based on Client Age or Age Range to see the information that is most relevant to your interests.

Client Medical History Diagnosis is included in the report for informational purposes only. It does not factor into the risk assessment calculations.

This report will also include information from their services: service codes, visit count, and emergency response level. These do not factor into risk assessment calculations.
