To help your organization manage the current COVID-19 outbreak, AlayaCare has put together a list of reports that you can build using Data Exploration to help you monitor factors such as risk levels, continuity of care, and client geolocation.
Two reports have been added to your folder AlayaCare Reports.
Additionally, you can easily build the following two reports for additional information:
Once you have built these reports, you can add a widget of type Data Exploration Graph to your dashboard so you can easily monitor the data. To learn more, see How do I configure my dashboard?
COVID19 Client Age and Risk in the Client and Service Cubes
These two reports will calculate a client's level of risk for serious health complications with COVID-19 based on their age.
High Risk (in red): the client is 70 years old and above.
Medium Risk (in yellow): the client is 50-69 years old.
Low Risk (in green): the client is less than 50 years old.
Overall Risk: this field resumes in a single column the calculations from the previous three fields.
Consider filtering based on Client Age or Age Range to see the information that is most relevant to your interests.
COVID19 Client Age and Risk Client Cube
Client Medical History Diagnosis is included in the report for informational purposes only. It does not factor into the risk assessment calculations.
COVID19 Client Age and Risk Service Cube
This report will also include information from their services: service codes, visit count, and emergency response level. These do not factor into risk assessment calculations.
Continuity of Care (Visit Cube)
This report will show you continuity of care between particular clients and employees.
To create this report, select Visit as the Report Type.
Next, add Client Full Name and Employee Full Name as rows and Visit Count as a measure.
Next, you will need to create % of Visit Count as an additional measure. Right click on Visit Count and go to User Defined Measure>% of, Rank, Running Sum...
In the dialogue, select % of Visit Count and click Next.
Select Each Client Full Name Column/Row Subtotal (Subtotal is 100%) and click Done.
Note that you can use the Conditional Formatting settings to adjust the colour scheme as you wish. In the reports shown here, we have used Color Scale: Green-Yellow-Red.
Once you have finished with your report, you can add filters to narrow your report to the time range of your choice.
Visit Geomap (Visit Cube)
This report will show where clients are located in proximity to each other.
To create this report, select Visit as the Report Type.
First, change the report view to Geo Map in the upper right corner.
Next, add Client Address and Visit Start Month (or Visit Start Day depending on your reporting preferences) as Geography and choose Visit Scheduled Hours Sum or Visit Punched Hours Sum as your measures.
