How do I see information about the client's care team and rate/review caregivers?

A client's care team consists of one or more caregivers that have been specially assigned to work with that client. Depending on your agency's settings, you may also have the option to rate and write reviews for caregivers after client visits.

Choose which type of device you are viewing the family portal from below:

• Computer/tablet 
• Smartphone

View the care team and write employee reviews (computer/tablet)

You can view the client's care team on the Home and Care tabs of the family portal. 

To view more details about the care team, click View the Full Care Team from the Care Team tile on the Home or Care tabs.

All caregivers that belong to the client's care team will be listed on this page, along with basic professional information about them, such as specific skills and their average rating among portal users.

Click View Profile to see further details about a specific employee.

The caregiver's profile will also contain any past reviews left for her by other clients and their families.

To add a review for a caregiver, select the Write a Review button on the employee's profile. 

You can also access this button from the Last Visit tile on the homepage.

In the Review Caregiver dialogue, select how many stars you wish to rate the caregiver and write your review in the Comment box.

When you have finished, select Post Review.

You can view the client's care team on the Care tab of the family portal. 

To view more details about the care team, click View the Full Care Team.

Tap an employee's name to see further details.

The caregiver's profile will also contain any past reviews left for her by other clients and their families.
