How do I reset/update my password on Family Portal?

There are two ways to reset your password for the family portal. If you forget your password, you can select Forgot password? from the login screen to reset, or you can select the option Update password to change your password from within the portal. 

Choose which type of device you are viewing the family portal from below:

Reset/update password (computer/tablet)

Reset password from the login screen

If you forget your password and need to reset it, select Forgot password? from the login screen.

Enter your email and click Send Reset Instructions to receive a confirmation code by email.

You will receive an email that contains a confirmation code and a link. Click the word link to open the Recover your account page.

In the Recover your account screen, enter your email address in the Email field and the code you received via email in the Confirmation Code field. Use the New Password and Confirm Password fields to create a new password. Make sure you choose a secure password that meets the minimum requirements listed.

When you have finished, click Confirm to sign into the portal with the new password.

Update password from the family portal

To change your password from within the portal, click the picture icon under your name in the top right corner and select View Profile.

Next, select Update Password.

In the Update Password dialogue box, enter your current password in the Old Password field. Then enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields. Make sure you choose a secure password that meets the minimum requirements listed.

When you have finished, click Update Password.

If you forget your password and need to reset it, select Forgot password? from the login screen.

Update password from the family portal

To change your password from within the portal, select the hamburger menu in the top right corner.

Select View Profile.

Next, select Update Password.
