Although AlayaCare's new family portal uses certain features tied to Forms 2.0 and Care Plan 2.0, organizations that have not yet migrated to the new forms and care plan modules can still use Family Portal 2.0. However, a few features — for instance, the ability to view approved forms and fill out forms for the agency — are only available if your AlayaCare production environment has Forms and Care Plan 2.0 enabled.
The table below illustrates which features are available to portal users with and without Forms and Care Plan 2.0:

If you are still using Forms and Care Plan 1.0, you should turn off the ACL View client forms for Client Portal Roles in Settings>Roles and Permissions. Disabling this ACL will prevent users from seeing an empty Latest Form tile in the Care tab with a message that the client does not have any approved forms.
When viewing visit details, users will see the following message when using Forms and Care Plan 1.0: This visit does not have interventions.
You can use the View visit interventions ACL to prevent users from seeing the intervention section within Visit Details.
