Once a care plan or care plan items have been marked as complete, you can still edit the tags on the diagnoses, goals, and interventions.
Add/remove tags from items on a completed care plan
To add or remove tags from diagnoses, goals, or interventions on a completed care plan, open the care plan and hover the item on which you wish to edit the tags. Select the tag icon.
In the dialogue box, you will receive a warning that you are editing information on a completed care plan. Use the button to select configured care plan item entity tags to add and remove.
When you have finished, click Save.
Add/remove tags from resolved/completed diagnoses, goals, and interventions
To add or remove tags from resolved/completed diagnoses, goals, or interventions on an active care plan, open the cover plan and hover over the completed care plan item. Select the tag icon to edit.
In the dialogue box, you will receive a warning that you are editing information on a completed care plan item. Use the button to select configured care plan item entity tags to add and remove.
When you have finished, click Save.
