How do I import/export forms between environments?

You can use the import/export functionality in Form Settings to export forms created in one environment to import them into another environment as JSON files. One way you can use this feature is to import forms created with Forms 2.0 in a UAT environment into your production environment. 

 Roles and permissions: to use this feature, you must be in a role that has the Create & edit: checkpoints, tours, post orders, site locations ACL. 

Export a form

To export a form from an environment, open a form in the form builder via Form Settings and select the Export button. 

The Form template will download automatically as a JSON file. Note that Demographics fields will be excluded from the export as they are tenant specific. 

Import a form

To import a Form, select the Import Form button in Form Settings.

You can then attach a JSON file from your computer to begin the import process.
