With Forms 2.0, you can view, add, and edit comments on client and facility forms from the mobile app, as long as you have the correct permissions enabled. Comments added to a form will appear in the PDF view of the submitted form as an addendum.
To navigate to forms on the mobile app, tap on Care> Forms within the navigation tiles.
To view any previously filled forms, tap on Form History.
Once you are at form history, click on the comment icon to check for comments added to the form.
Any comments that have been previously added for the submitted form will be listed with the employee's name and the date and time of submission.
Select the "+" button to add a new comment to the form.
Enter the text of your comment, then click on "Submit".
To edit your comment, select the icon.
Make the necessary changes to your comment, then click on "Submit".
To delete your comment, select the icon.
Click on "OK" to continue.
Please note that you can only edit and delete your own comments. You cannot edit or delete the comments of other employees.
