As a Family Portal user, you can have access to more than client profiles.
Choose which type of device you are using to access the portal:
Navigating multiple client profiles (computer/tablet)
When you first log in to the Family Portal, you will be prompted to choose which profile to set as the default profile displayed whenever you log in to the portal. You will also see this prompt if you have just been prompted access to a new client profile.
If you have access to many client profiles, you can use the search bar to search for the client’s name.
Once you have selected a default profile, the selected profile will be displayed when you log in to the Family Portal.
If you wish to change to a different profile, click the downward arrow next to the client’s name and choose which client profile you wish to view.
To change your default client profile, go to view profile and make changes in the client access section on your user profile.
