Using fingerprint or face identification to sign in to the AlayaCare app can make the login process easier as it prevents you from having to enter your password every time you need to log in or renew your session.
Biometric authentication through fingerprint or face recognition cannot be used if you are required to log in via SSO. It can only be used as an alternative to logging in with an AlayaCare username and password.
The terminology and options available to you will differ slightly based on whether you are using an Android or iOS device.
