    It would be very helpful for us to have three tiers of skills 

    • mandatory (must have)
    • preference (nice to have)
    • interests (bonus/helps with rapport building - although this could be covered in a bio on the client profile)

    I agree with Amy as above.

    Other suggestions:

    • We would like warnings/alerts when placing a CAREGiver into a visit who does not have the required skills for the client
    • We would like to apply skills at a funder level i.e certain Brokers may require CAREGivers with Cert III's and applying to the funder would be easier than applying to all services.

    If you could both tier the skills AND give a warning when scheduling someone that doesnt meet mandatory skills our organisation would be very happy

    Agree with Amy and Regan. 
    it would be awesome if the "Mandatory" skills could almost work the same as DNS in the sense that the caregiver doesn't even show as available for the visit.
