The Ability to sort by availability when using the Employee Finder

    Hi all,

    I wanted to circle back on this post with a bit of an update - I spoke with the team and they mentioned that this is a limitation they are aware of. It requires a revamp, which is on their radar to address in the coming months.

    -When scheduling a single visit, it would be beneficial to see the entire week of schedules for CAREGivers when using the calendar view on the Employee Finder (as you do with recurrences).

    - Also could we see a larger window of time on the calendar view? we see 8 hours currently.

    I was just about to leave a similar post and this one popped up! I completely agree with Regan - the ability to sort employee finder by availability would be extremely helpful. When scheduling shifts that is basically the main thing we are looking for. having it sorted by hire date is not all that helpful. 


    better yet - have a way to utilize filters so that unavailable employees don't even show up on the list unless we remove the filter.

    This is absolutely something needed. 98% of the job is figuring out who is available to work! Having the option to see both is great...but filtering out the unavailable for the easy solutions and not have to scroll through pages of employees to find the green.
