How to use the forum
PinnedWe're looking forward to hearing from you! Here are some tips on how to make the most of your time on the forum.
Feedback guidelines
Answering these questions will help our Product team immeasurably in understanding the nature of your request:
-
What is the context?
-
What is the obstacle you're facing? Examples never hurt!
-
If you currently do something to address the situation, what is it? Why is that less than ideal, and what do you wish you could do instead?
-
What's the impact of this limitation for you?
Search for relevant posts before creating a new one
Before you post, search for existing posts concerning the feature you'd like to suggest or the improvement you'd like to see. Upvoting or commenting on an existing feature/improvement request is a great way of working together with other users in our forum to brainstorm the changes you want to see.
Subscribing to topics or posts
If, for example, you're interested in all new posts concerning our clinical features, you can follow the topic.
If you'd rather zero-in on specific posts, you can follow a topic in order to get email notifications whenever a new comment is made in the thread.
We will also be posting roadmap updates on requested features in individual posts, so there's another good reason to keep tabs on activity there.
