    Requirements for family portal;

    1. Notifications from Family Portal to office staff that a request have been made. Current process of checking KPI is not sufficient for busy office staff.

    2.  Notification to customer that process have been received and is being process. 

    3. Individual forms can be shared with customer. Ability to select forms to be shared.

    We're looking into new ways to offer notifications and your comments provide us with some very helpful hints. 

    Just a quick question: in your second suggestion, which process would you like customers to be notified about? The more information we have, the better we can present your requests to the Product Team!

    We would love to see the ability to push forms, as well as the Care Plan to the family portal for signatures. Many of our clients are in a position where an out-of-town family member or POA must sign off on forms, and the Care Plan. This would be a quick, easy way for them to quickly sign and return, which helps in "emergent" care needs, where care must start within hours due to a hospitalization return, injury, etc.
