In 2019, AlayaCare launched Forms 2.0, a new version of the forms/reports module intended to enhance the experience of designing forms in AlayaCare and improve how form data is captured and populated throughout the application. New features included a robust but user-friendly form builder, form versioning, the option to set mandatory fields and display logic on forms, and the ability to add advanced components for allowing data on approved forms to automatically populate in client profiles.
Recently, the team also introduced the ability save form drafts in the web application and add comments on forms in all statuses. Upcoming improvements include a new care plan advanced component that will allow users to update a client's care plan via forms on web or mobile.
