To have the ability to pull information from:

    • Active Staff List as a dropdown
    • A layout of multiple columns so that one line could be split into 2-3 fields
    • data from all forms and report on them without having to depend on the each form versions.

    • The ability to duplicate a section of a form within the same form
    • A 'select all' option in form metrics when building the report, rather than adding each field individually
    • The question numbers visible when building a report so that its easier to order them properly (as they add new fields at the bottom rather than in order, and if you jhave multiple fields called the same thing you dont know which one to select)

  • We'll be working on improving reporting for forms starting in the first half of 2021, so your feedback comes at the perfect time!

We'll post updates related to this as they become available. In the meantime, please keep sending suggestions our way.

-The ability to move around the line items in dropdown or multiselect fields. So if you add an additional option to an alphabetical list, for example, you would easily be able to drag it to the proper location.

-Improvements to Metrics (or better yet, including Forms in DE)-- Ability to edit a Metric once created, instead of having to rebuild a new one. Ditto to "select all" option when building, as noted by Amy.

-Ability for users to see all form options on the Web version (instead of having to know name of report/key word)

The ability to ask a question and be able to choose check boxes instead of drop-down lists.  Forms are often completed on mobile phones and they find check boxes easier to use than drop down lists. Currently to manage this we have Information as the question and then a checkbox for Yes, a checkbox for No, a checkbox for Other.  This is four fields for one question.  Doing it this way it is not possible to make a question mandatory which is important to ensure all information is recorded.

The ability to be able to change a question by editing the question, i.e. change text box to comment box instead of deleting text box and adding comment box.

I agree that the ability to edit a metric instead of building a new one is important.

Mistakes are made on forms by either incorrect information or completed on incorrect client.  We do not have the staff to monitor  and approve all forms so it would be good to either have the To Delete option returned or to have the comments shown in Metrics so that we know which forms should not be included while pulling metrics.
