Since moving to the new All Employee Schedule, when a person marks their unavailability it only provides the words "unavailable" whereas prior to this change it would list the type of unavailability and the description. This is important to us as there are many reasons for unavailability that allows us to still assign them referrals. They may be unavailable but will take referrals for past clients, or retirement homes that they are assigned to. They could also indentify when they will take more referrals so that if a frequency is received within their date, we could assign referrals.
It currently takes much longer for our Intake Team to assign referrals as they need to hover over every unavailability on the all employee schedule to determine if they can assign the referral or not.
