Employee Finder Enhancement
We are not allowed to schedule aides more than x hours in a day and/or more than x number of days in a row per DOL regulations.
It would be great if the system could check for this, if the condition exists, consider the employee "unavailable" (or "at capacity") and automatically filter out the employee in the Employee Finder screen.
Our work-around is looking up calendars for each aide when they appear to be available in the employee finder, and manually checking to be sure they are not over-utilized. This is very inefficient.

Thanks for your feedback! We'll convey your comments to our product team regarding daily and consecutive availability.
For now, we do have the option to view the employee's weekly capacity in the All-Employee Schedule using the "Show weekly capacity" toggle. Although this does not directly address daily or consecutive capacity, you can read more about this feature here to see if this is something your agency can use as a workaround for the time being.
We will keep you posted on any scheduling improvements related to your feedback as soon as they become available!
