Mobile App (User Improvement) ability to see full caseload (including holds)
As our users continue to use the mobile application for most of their client charting, reviewing LHIN updates, tasks, etc. they have expressed the need to see their clients who are also on hold. Currently they only see their ACTIVE caseloads on the mobile app.
There are a few reasons this is needed:
1) Therapists indicate in their notes when the cllient went on hold, any telephone calls and treatment notes all which must be done from the desktop app if the client is put on hold berfore the therapist has a chance to complete these tasks.
2) the therapist often receives calls from their clients/caregivers, including those on hold and they need to wait to return these until at home when they have access to the desktop app.
We understand that the therapist can log into the desktop app on their mobile device browser, however, it is difficult to manage moving around the client information, etc. as the app isn't suitable for a mobile device.
