1. Under the flow Coordination-Contacts, it would be great to be able to customize the information that is visible at a glance. Typically if I am accessing Contact information, it's because I want to call or email someone, so ideally that information would be visible without having to hover. I have no use for the person's Contact ID or Import ID. Also any notes associated with the contact- if they should be contacted first over other contacts, if the relationship to the client is strained at all, if they live internationally- anything that might help during a communication.
2. It would also be nice to be able to remove the need for filtering under Progress Notes. Our agency would prefer to have the history of notes visible at a glance.
3. It would be nice to be able to customize filter default settings under the Services tab and on the general client tab so that a) all services active/waiting/discharged are visible (removing the Active filter) b) only active show up instead of all clients who have ever had service (adding the Active filer from the outset).
4. A little button to click under Contacts when the address information is the same as the client's.
