Care Plan 2.0 External API

Our team is working on a new Care Plan 2.0 external API. This integration will allow you to synchronize patient care with other partners to ensure the quality and continuity of the care given. This new API will:

• Allow integrations to read, create, and update patient Care Plans including diagnoses, goals, and interventions.
• Update published, completed, and archived items.
• Apply the same rules as the internal application and UI for web and mobile applications when updated from a third-party application.
• Ensure that live changes are streamed when creating, updating, or completing a Care Plan to synchronize data across all platforms.
