    Understood.

Amy, for your use case, I wanted to be sure you were aware of the feature Open Activities on mobile. If a caregiver is having trouble clocking in, they can open the hamburger menu of the app and tap this option to check if they have any existing work sessions, and clock out of them if so. It's laid out in this article on multi clock-in, but can still be useful for your use case as I've described.

Mylene, you may be interested to know that we are undertaking some major prioritization to address stability and performance over the next while - in other words, speed! I'm sure you'll start seeing improvement on this front, and need to concern yourself less with high "traffic" in the app. You can learn more here. Please follow the what's new section for further news about this initiative.

    Thanks!

  • Hi Mylene, to better understand how this should look, what would you find particularly helpful about this information - for example, do you want to see who may have forgotten to log out?

For us this would be useful to find people who have accidentally clocked an unscheduled visit. It's difficult to find these until they clock out or have trouble clocking in

Hi Sandra, there are certain times of the day where we find the speed quite slow.  So if we could see the number of users logged on at any time, we could potentially determine the busy periods of the day and work around it.  It would also be handy per yours and the abovementioned example.  Thanks.
