Inactive services on client overview page

  • Hi Traci, there is actually an option to hide discharged services from the client's overview. In the services tab of the client's profile, check out the option Hide in the dropdown under Edit Service.

This is for discharged services specifically, would that help you? We've left them displayed by default, in case any clients do want the option to see them in the client overview if they prefer.

Dear Sandra D'Angelo - Forum Moderator

We have the same issue, and I tried to follow your instruction. Unfortunately, there is no option to hide the cancelled service. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    Service.

  • Hi Kelly, I can see in your example that the service status is ON HOLD, but it would need to be discharged before you would see the Hide option appear for it.

I agree with Traci!  On the Client Overview it would be best if we could only see current active and on-hold services.  For an overview I don't want to see historical service information, I think this is best viewed from the services tab.

As for the hide option, is this client specific?  If so it would be difficult to have end users remember to hide discharged services.  This would be better utilized if we could set it at the admin level, i,e. turn it on or off for all clients.

  • Hi Emily, that's understandable, as I can see it would be laborious to go one service at a time. I'll bring it up with the product team.

I second the suggestion that on the overview tab only the active or on hold services should be listed.

In this example the client is only active for RD but all of the previously dc'd services are listed on the overview tab - which is not helpful.

Agree with this, we have to add new services every time our Medicaid authorization # changes, so my overview tab of my Medicaid patients is getting very cluttered / long on some that have been on service for a while. It would be nice if there was an overall setting we can toggle on or off to "Hide Discharged Services from Client Overview" so we don't have to manually hide all those ones as the lists start to get too long.
