Is there a way to manually log an account out remotely (as an admin)?

    Hi Zak, unfortunately there is no way to log the user out remotely, but I'll make a note of it as a potential improvement for our product team.

    However, there can be only one active session per user on mobile. This means that you can only be logged in on one mobile device at once. So what we recommend in the case that a device is lost or stolen is that the user log in to the mobile app on another mobile phone as soon as possible. That will automatically close the session on the missing device.

    Additionally, please note that we always recommend that any device that can access PHI be password-protected, so your caregivers ideally should have passwords on their phones over and above their AlayaCare mobile password.
