    Hi Emily, it is definitely tricky to read, and I'll make a note of it for the team.

    For future reference, you can read that time and date in that patient's time zone. This format is a technical notation for dates and times, and the -4 at the end indicates the timezone. (From it I can guess that this reading was taken either in eastern daylight time, or in Atlantic standard time.) Please disregard it for your purposes.
