As per the current functionality when you add a Skill to an existing service, the skill does not show up on the existing upcoming visit, vacant visit when searched via Employee Finer. If we create a new visit, the skill does show up at the visit level and in Employee Finder
We would like to request the new skill added to an existing service to appear on all existing visits as well as new visits created. The new skill should not be associated with any past visits.
