Family Portal App & View Progress Notes

Our patients are requesting an app for the Family Portal, stating that logging in via web is not very user friendly from their phones. We'd also like to see an option for Progress Notes to be viewable on the Family Portal. In our system, Progress Notes paint the best picture of what is happening during shift and how the patient is doing, so having an option to make these viewable would be very helpful.

  Hi Emily Wiechmann,

  I believe you had a chance to speak to Andre Pires directly about this but I wanted to follow up here to close the loop and to make sure Lejandro De Ramos and anyone else following along is aware of any updates.

  Firstly, I'm happy to let you know that Progress Notes are coming to Family Portal and will be available by the end of the year! Please keep an eye out on future release notes for more information.

  Secondly, plans for a Family Portal app are in motion and is currently slated for release in 2022. Again, keep an eye out on the Community and the release notes for more information on that.

  Are progress notes available yet in family portal? If not, is there an update on when we can expect that update?
