Auto-Refresh functionality for the web app
PlannedCould you please investigate adding an "auto-refresh" functionality to the product roadmap for the web app? Similar functionality was added to the mobile app so it should be possible.

Currently when a web session expires, trying to sign back into the session using the provided link causes an error and a full refresh is required before access is restored in AlayaCare. This takes the user to a new session instead of continuing where they left off.

Hi David Johns and Natalie Hoshing,
Good news! This improvement is on the way. It will roll out to the web app first and then mobile later this year and should solve the problem of sessions expiring and kicking you out. Keep an eye out for release notes later in the year for more info.
Natalie Hoshing, I also asked about the issue of losing progress on the DE report and was informed that there is a chance this is actually browser related and could be fixed by changing your cache settings. Hope that helps!

I agree, this would be great, I have found that most recently we are being kicked out of the web app every 30 minutes even though our sessions expiry is set to 600 minutes. We also need to start from the main page and have lost any progress if we were building a DE report.
please do something to fix this, it is most annoying.
