When running AlayaCare reports of Active Clients, I noticed that a few clients who are actively receiving services are not included in the report because they are listed as 'On Hold' in the system. While the bulk of the services they are accessing are Active, the few that are listed as On Hold are casing the Client Status to appear as On Hold. The only way to change the Client Status is to removed the services that are listed as On Hold.
I am new to the organization but have heard from others that the current set-up is different from what it was before. Before, the status of the service could be changed without it affecting the client status. I am wondering if there is a background setting I need to be looking at?
