    Sorry I'm only getting back to you now. I am new to AlayaCare myself and wanted to be sure I had the right information. After reviewing with your CRM, I think that your question may be better suited for our support team. Please have your internal support person submit a ticket on Zendesk on your behalf so our team can look into it.
