It would be beneficial to have an announcement board for company administrators to announce important company related news, policy changes, educational data, etc.  It can be an opening page that staff can read and then click off when they are ready to proceed to AlayaCare related work tasks.  Add a tab on the dashboard to have quick access to the announcement board.  Have a link or links in the announcement board to send an email to a company administrator/s who can respond to staff.  AlayCare can also post important news here as well.

  Hi Ray Landingin,

  I had a chance to speak to the team and wanted to circle back to you on this. This is not an exact solve for your request, but something that is on the roadmap is secure messaging. One of the use cases for this feature is to send out broadcast messages to all employees - for example, to send out messages about holiday closures or COVID-19 notifications. There will also be two-way and group messaging functionalities. There will be more announcement about this feature in future so please keep an eye out!
