    Hi Mary,

    Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. I can see how this would be an extremely useful function to have in order to save time on your end. Unfortunately, due to regulatory reasons around retaining client information, this is not something we can introduce. However, we do have a form status called "To delete" which some agencies use to manage duplicate forms or forms that were completed in error and aren't relevant anymore. The name is somewhat misleading since client documents/information is never really deleted from the platform but it could be a useful workaround.

    Is this something we can assign permissions to a specific user or role or is it just the administrator that can "delete" the form?
