Is it possible to delete a Facility List?

  Hi Emily Gauthier and Ashley Mclellan,

  Unfortunately, it's not possible to delete Facility Lists from AlayaCare without opening a data ticket as we typically go through quality check process before deleting anything (especially anything clinical) in order to maintain data integrity. However, I know that some agencies rename Facility Lists with ZZZ at the beginning so it goes to the bottom of the list.

  Further update - I spoke with the Product Team and, while it's not currently on the roadmap, they are aware of this issue and it's on their radar and they are considering the ability to change the status of a Facility List so they can be filtered.
