My user role is system admin, however I am getting a message that I do not have permissions to download DE 2.0 data. Please advise.

  Hi Mary,

  I looked into it and found out that you created a merge report without actually merging any other explore with the clients Explore. That might have caused the issue. I corrected it and saved it as a look by the name cost centre missing in your groups folder. You should be able to download it now.

  Hi Monika, 

  Thanks, I replaced the one on our dashboard w/ this one and it is working fine.
