    Hi all,

    Thank you for your input on this! I had a chance to speak to the team about this issue and they explained to me the reason for the delay in the clock in button appearing is due to some calculations happening behind the scenes to determine if the user is able to clock into a visit. Unfortunately this process takes a few seconds, hence the delay. 

    I've passed along the feedback about possibly moving the clock in button and/or being able to delete visits clocked in in error and this is something the team will look into at future planning sessions.

    This has recently become an issue for us as well, and it would be very helpful if the Clock In button could be moved.

    Agreed,  I have done this so many times, if we could delete visits that are clocked in error (as an administrator) that would also help.

    Our company has this issue as well. We would like to see an ACL control the ability to utilize the clock in button so we can turn it off for all users.

    Put the clock in button the left side to slow load in
