When a remittance comes through Waystar, the payments are posting, but the denials are not. Is anyone else having this issue? It does not matter who the payer is, the denials have to be manually added to change the status and balance. I had a previous ticket in, but do not know if they are still trying to fix this so i created a new ticket. If you are also having this problem, please vote for them to fix. Thank you!
