Denials are not changing status when Remittance comes through Waystar

    Welcome to the Ideas Community! You are correct that a support ticket is the best course of action for issues such as this. The Support team are currently looking into it and if it's determined not to be something that the system currently supports I will make sure to bring this to the Product team's attention.
