I understand that the ID Card feature is legacy code. We would love to have this feature updated.

  Hi all,

  I had a chance to speak to the team about this and there are currently no plans to update this section due to higher-priority items taking precedence. However, If you could let me know what kind of improvements you'd like to see on this feature, I will take note of it for future consideration.

  Agreed being able to print these for use would be great, if we could custom this window.

  Yes! Customizable would be highly beneficial. Right now printing with employee personal phone number is not ideal for our agency. A feature that would allow us to change what we want on the ID badge would be great.
