Opening Balance Types in a report

    Hi Lauren Butler,

    I had a chance to speak to the team and here's what they told me:

    "To report on these, go to DE > budget cube, search for the budget item code and filter for those 3 income codes. Then add the amount sum measure."

    Thanks Alexandra for following this up.  I had already created a report in this way, which checks that the opening balance types have been added to a budget. 

    What I was looking for was whether there was a way to also ensure these have been included in a marked as sent invoice/ a transaction has been created for these.  Is there a way to run a report on this?

    Hi Lauren,

    Sorry about that! Just followed up with the team again and here's what they said:

    You should have access to some reports under Dashboard > Operations Reports > HCP folder. The reports will show the care recipient and commonwealth portion if they have been invoiced.

    If you don't have access to these reports, I think reaching out to your CRM would be the best course of action.
