Blocked Employees - Is there a way to remove visibility of these Employees?

If we block a CG they still appear in the Family Portal - is there a way to remove them completely?

If not currently available, this would be required as Clients will block CGs from visiting.

  Hi @...,

  I had a chance to chat with the team today and here's what they had to say:

  A client’s care team is made up of:

  1. Anyone who is assigned to the client’s care team in the web app and/or
  2. Anyone who has visited a client within X amount of days. (Your organization can determine what that particular amount of days should be in the settings.)

  In this case, there are two things you can do - 1) limit the amount of days since a caregiver visited so they disappear from care plans after a certain amount of time and 2) remove the employees from the client's care plan in the web app since blocking them doesn't automatically remove them from a client's care team.
