Answered1. When will we get access to claims data? This is all still rather useless to me.
2. I have been getting "snowflake" crashes routinely the entire time. I hope this will not be a regular problem after implementation. If it crashes doing a certain query, there is no way around it that I am aware of.
3. I have been complaining about sub-totals rendering most detail reports unusable due to the all-or-nothing nature of the sub-total option. With 1.0 we had the option to sub-total on specific items. I can't see that this has been addressed, although I've gotten emails telling me to do a rather unusable process of downloading a report without subtotals into Excel and reformatting the report at that point. Many reports we have will have nearly 1,000 lines. This is not realistic.

I just had a chat with the team and am able to answer your questions:
1 - This should be available by mid-October
2 - This is something the team is actively working on to ensure it doesn't cause problems going forward
3 - The team is actually working on scoping this out at the moment as this was a feature native to Looker, not to AlayaCare so we are trying to find a workaround for it.
