    Hi Travis and Ray,

    I spoke to our support people about this and they mentioned that this setting is already on. 

    Is this not happening for you? If so, please respond to your next support ticket and let them know. It may be a case of human error.

    You could also bookmark the "my activities" page for easy navigation.

    Alexandra Dunne - that link works, it's the reply emails that don't have a link. So, after someone responds to a ticket we have to either dig in our inbox to find the original email, or login and go under "My Activities" to find it.
