    Hi Julie Arnould and Avery Hamilton,

    I had a chance to speak to the team about this and improving visit offers is something that's definitely on their radar however it is not currently on the roadmap. I've added your suggestions to the list for consideration when visit offer notifications gets added to the roadmap.

    Strongly agree with Julie on ALL aspects of her request! It can be super frustrating that we can't re-offer a visit that has already been offered - even if the offer was months ago (which applies to recurrences).

    Love the idea of being able to add people WITHOUT resending and without it clearing all other responses. that is something our schedulers often need to do .

    Agree with the suggestion from Julie - we need this functionality.

    Another improvement that would be helpful is when you've sent an offer to a CAREGiver and you're waiting for a response. The CAREGiver will still appear as available even though they have a 'pending' offer, it would be great if the system flagged this prior to sending them another offer (as a warning that their is a conflict or an outstanding offer).

    Additionally - it would be excellent when an offer was declined that it would show in a different colour than orange. Just another colour to signal that attention is needed.

    When multiple offers have been sent and responded too, it would be excellent if they had time stamps to know which had been accepted earliest.

    Hi - another suggestion. It would be great it would flag prior to sending a visit offer if the skill parameters are not met i.e. CAREGiver does not have the required skills.
