    Hi Connie Wallbank,

I had a chance to speak to the team on this and they found your suggestion extremely interesting as it was a use case they hadn't encountered before. Unfortunately, this isn't something that's on the roadmap at this time, however they did suggest that you reach out to your CRM/CS rep about a possible workaround utilizing employee skills which you could then filter for in the employee finder. If you develop a workaround, I'd love it if you could share it in the community!

I will keep your suggestion on the backburner for consideration when improvements to employee profiles comes into scope.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback - it's truly appreciated.

    Hi Connie,
I can definitely see how that would be useful for you. I'll be sure to pass this along to the Product team.

I will definitely update if I figure out a work around. Not hugely fond of work arounds to be honest, I find they tend to break at the most inopportune times!

Work around ended up being changing their portrait picture to a colour block. We chose yellow for those on modified duties. So when a scheduler goes to an attendant's schedule, they will see the yellow block where the portrait is supposed to be and they know they have to go to the notes in overview to see what modifications the attendant has. It will suffice until AlayaCare improves the employee profile to something not quite so rudimentary.
