    Hi Mary McMullen,

I spoke with the team and they confirmed these are old fields. Remove the current group name/status and pick from the corresponding group - the field should have same name. As the report was saved, the reference to the field was saved, which was changed in the backend for performance. Just removing and picking the same field again should resolve the issue.

Please let me know if this helps!

Thank you. Unfortunately I only needed the data from this report once (an urgent request from one of our end users yesterday afternoon), so I have deleted the report. I'll report back if this happens again in other reports.

I am having the same issue. this was a new merged report I created and saved as a dashboard. I cannot download the report. I don't understand why there would be old fields in new report in 2.0.

We're experiencing the same "you don't have download permission" issue with merged data in a dashboard.

The dashboard is a single merged data table because that was the only way to save the merged data.  We can download the whole dashboard in individual pieces as a CSV in a zip archive but that seems impractical.

Can we enable that permission? Are there other ways to save/share merged data (save to dashboard is the only option for me)?

I was told that you can't do this because it's a merged query. You can only download the entire dashboard, which I agree is impractical if you only want the data from 1 of many reports.
