Adding a default identifier or reference number to visit offers
AnsweredBecause no specific client information is included in a visit offer, it can be difficult for our internal staff to identify which shift a caregiver is referring to when they call in with questions (regarding the client, shift, pay, etc.). It was suggested that each visit offer should include a reference number by default so that caregivers can provide that number to the staffer working on the case for easy location.
This problem becomes even more complex at scale, especially if we don't always have a single person assigned to the case (i.e., one person sends out the offer, but another person ends up responding to the caregiver).

Hi Michael Holvey,
The team really liked this idea and have made note of it! They will look into the feasibility of implementing this as a future improvement. It probably won't be on the roadmap in the next quarter but rest assured it's definitely on their radar.
Thanks again for a great suggestion!
