As we have coordinators who coordinate our schedules and know them inside and out, we would also like to ask these people to approve the visits.
In order for this to happen though, the permissions given to approve hours are the same permissions to view the entire accounting module which doesn't work for us. The coordinator simply need to see the hours worked and validate if they are approved or not.
I am mindful that there are new changes coming very shortly for the bulk visit approvals (which we are very excited about). This will definitely help but again, the person who does the accounting doesn't necessarily know the schedules and the person who does the schedule coordination definitely doesn't need to know accounting.
