Client Forms Filter - Create configuration capability
We would like for the "default" filter within the client forms page of the client profile to be configurable, vs permanently set to "Unapproved". This has led some of our users to forget that they've already filled out a form and create unnecessary duplicates of forms. The default of unapproved does not allow visibility into forms that are in a draft status, which essentially are "unapproved".
As we onboard more of our agencies onto the system, we are finding this is something each agency is asking for.

Hi Mary,
I had a chance to talk to the team about this yesterday and they mentioned this is already done so I tested it out. When open the Client Forms page for the first time the filter defaults to "Unapproved", however you can change this and the system will remember it. You can navigate away from the page and log out/log back in and it should remember what you had set the filter to. Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Alex

Hi, when we remove the "Unapproved" filter from the forms section, click away to another tab then go back to the forms section, the Unapproved filter is back in effect. We are hoping to have a system setting that will have no filters be the default, then the user can add filters as they wish.

Hi all,
I've been following this thread as I agree with Mary that this functionality may be helpful for our therapists...I tested your suggestion also Alex. On the main admin list of client forms, your suggestion works (you click off the unapproved filter, change it to another, etc. and can navigate away and go back and it remembers your selection). However, when you are within a client profile (where most users would view/complete forms) and do the same thing, it does not remember your selection and always defaults back to Unapproved. Just wanted to give this an up vote for a possible change and point out that it is how our system is currently functioning as well.

Hi Mindy Tapper,
Thanks for the added context! Yes, you're right it does only seem to work that way on the main Client Forms list vs within the Client Profile. I will bring this up with the team again to see if it's something they will consider as a future improvement.
Thanks,
Alex
