We have staff who habitually clock in via Caseload (can this be turned off?? we would love to just not have this even be an option for our staff) or clock into the wrong date of service, which seems to create problems with them being able to clock into their future visits correctly. Sometimes the clock-in button is completely disabled because they've clocked in somewhere else incorrectly. To try to resolve this, I go to Dashboard > Visit Reports to try to find open work sessions. The problem is, we have so many work sessions that I have to search through 50+ pages before I will sometimes find the "old" open work session that is causing problems. I need to be able to filter Dashboard > Visit Reports by employee, patient, or by End Time / Open visit status to help me find the problematic visit. Right now, we can only filter by date, and this leaves me going back historically through all work sessions in the system until we find the problem.
